Our house on the southern edge of Perpignan, not far from Canet-Plage, is a place of tranquility and beauty privately used by the family, surrounded by pine and palm trees in a park of 4000 square meters.
The house owner is an art lover and so there are many pictures and statues in the house. This makes the use for families with small children somewhat challenging, but the objects are cleared out of the way on request.
The house and the swimming pool are oriented to the southwest. The terrace has a weather-protected part of 80 square meters, which is equipped with an extendable dining table for 8 - 12 people. On the 100sqm large sun terrace there are enough sun loungers, sun beds and hammocks as well as parasols.
The garden, sun terrace and swimming pool are surrounded by oleander hedges and a pond. Exclusive privacy and relaxation is guaranteed. There is also an infrared sauna for 6 people.
The villa is about 500 square meters, is surrounded by a palm and pine park and borders directly on the vineyards. All rooms are located on the ground floor without thresholds and stairs. This makes it particularly easy to use for wheelchair users, older visitors but also for very young visitors who take their first steps.
The house is shaped like a boomerang and can be inhabited in a south and west wing. It can accommodate a maximum of 13 people and has:

The swimming pool
In the southwest corner of the property there is a sun terrace with a wonderful private swimming pool.
The 50 sqm swimming pool (5 x 10 m, 1.65 m depth) is cleaned daily by the pool master, so that the water quality is guaranteed. In addition, the swimming pool has an electronically secured, acoustic alarm system for the protection of small children. From October onwards, the swimming pool is covered with an easy-to-use, electrical cover so that the water temperature does not drop too much.
The terrace
The size of the terrace is 180 square meters, of which there is a covered part with a dining table. The sun terrace with its sun loungers and umbrellas is ideal for sunbathing and relaxing.
The garden
The garden, rather the park, is maintained by professional gardeners every week and is around 400 square meters. The planting includes lawn, palm groves, olive trees, pine and eucalyptus trees. The property is completely protected from view due to the surrounding oleander hedge.
